The Pure Food Co products are only available through Aged and Healthcare networks. Customers can place orders through our online portal
 
We currently do not sell our products in retail or to individuals.

We dispatch our products direct from our Auckland factory daily (apart from weekends). Please ensure you place your orders before 3pm for a next day dispatch.

Please put your stock straight into your chiller if you have tubbed product, or into the freezer if you have the shaped product.
Your tubbed stock has 1 month chilled shelf life once it has been defrosted. Both shaped and tubbed product has 24 months shelf life in the freezer. Expiry dates can be found on the label.
 
Once a tub is opened (and not heated) it can be stored in the fridge, covered and used within three days.

We offer FREE shipping for orders with over 48 items. A small cost will be added to orders for less than 48 items to cover the cost of postage and handling.

All of our foods are naturally gluten free.
 
Our factory is a gluten, nut and soy free production facility.

There are several ways to add your own finish touches to meals. Play around with where you place items on a plate to create different plating styles. Use different colours in each meal to create colour contrast. Use complimentary sauces drizzled over the dish, which can enhance the look and flavour of the meal. Be mindful to not over sauce meals.
 
Additionally, some garnishes can be used to further enhance the visual appeal and flavour of a meal.
 
Please ensure that these sauces and garnishes do not smother the food portions (as they can hide the colours and textures) and are IDDSI compliant
