Blueberry Colada

Fancy a rejuvenating smoothie for those hot summer days? If so, try making the 2019 finalist smoothie recipe created by Shona Johnston from Arvida Mary Doyle. Her Blueberry Colada is a refreshingly fruity blend, packed with extra goodness.


  • 500g     Passionfruit Cheesecake Puree - ORDER HERE
  • 100g     Pineapple (can be canned)
  • 500ml   Coconut Milk (or for a higher protein option use Full Fat Milk)
  • 1 cup    Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Ground Almonds
  • 1           Banana


Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and divide smoothie among small glasses to serve!

*Per serve (serving size 180ml) - Note: Nutritional Info is for Full Fat Milk option
