Carrot Cake Smoothie

This smoothie makes a delicious snack or breakfast, takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and provides a serving of vegetables! 

Nutrition fact: Carrots are a good source of fiber, potassium and beta-carotene. The human body converts beta-carotene into Vitamin A, which plays an essential role in immunity, skin and eye health. Milk is a good source of calcium and vitamin D and helps to prevent osteoporosis.

The glazed carrot puree and butterscotch puree are a delicious base for a fortified smoothie, both rich in protein and energy!

Per serve (180 ml):


  • 3 cups   Full fat milk 
  • 1,5 cups  Orange juice


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide mixture among small glasses to serve!
