- 500g Pure Foods Beef Bolognese Puree - ORDER HERE
- 500ml Water
- 3 teaspoons Beef stock powder
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato paste
- 150g Red Pepper Puree
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Sour cream (optional)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Empty 500g Pure Foods Beef Bolognese (Pureed) into a pot, add water, stock, tomato paste and red pepper puree (put red peppers in a food processor and blitz until smooth).
Add cumin, garlic powder, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir while bringing to the boil, then serve up your nutritious soup whilst it's nice and hot.
Optional: Try adding a dollop of sour cream with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley on top - delish.
