Mini baked potatoes

Our mini baked potatoes are loaded with Pure Food Beef Bolognese for an extra nutrition boost! This recipe is tasty, easy and a great snack for an afternoon pick me up, or to bring along to a BBQ. Add a dollop of sour cream to serve for an extra hit of calcium - delish!


  • Box of small pearl potatoes

  • 2 x 100g pottles Pure Food Co Beef Bolognese

  • Grated cheese

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Sour cream (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius

  2. Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and place on a baking tray

  3. Bake potatoes for 50 minutes or until cooked through and skin is crispy

  4. Cut potatoes open, spoon in Pure Food Co beef bolognese and top with grated cheese.

  5. Place in the oven on a grill and grill potatoes until cheese is golden and crispy

  6. Serve with a dollop of sour cream. Bon appetit!
