The event will be an opportunity to learn about cooking with pureed food and presenting it in ways that your diners will love. Chef, Anton Leyland, an expert in plate presentation, will lead live demonstrations and discussions, offering the opportunity to learn from both him and each other.
In addition, our guests will have the chance to be among the first to experience the future of aged care dining as we introduce our new pre-shaped foods and the 3D food printing technology we’re developing.
