Your order will normally be dispatched the day following shipping day and target delivery is overnight. In some cases your order might be delayed in leaving our cold-store. Please ensure that somebody will be at home/office when the courier delivers to ensure the product is put directly in the fridge. If your order arrives and is not below 4°C, you should not consume it. Instead, please call 0800 178 733 and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Our food is batch made and hot filled so as to maintain maximum freshness. As a result, it is easily perishable and there is generally no way for you to return it back to us in a saleable condition. We can not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
If you receive your order with defect or it is not below 4°C, please contact us on 0800 178 733 to arrange a replacement or refund.
Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us and DPS are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped.
