Fortified Bolognese Sauce

This classic homestyle tomato simmer sauce is boosted with rice AND pea protein, offering your residents the best of both worlds, taste and better nutrition. The sauce contains nearly 4% of protein per 100 grams.

Fortified No-Nut Satay Sauce

Fortified No-Nut Satay Sauce

This moreish satay simmer sauce is made from sunflower seeds, offering your residents the best of both worlds, taste and better nutrition. The No Nut Satay sauce is fortified with pea and rice protein, providing all 9 essential amino acids. The sauce contains nearly 4% of protein per 100 grams and is high in energy.

Recipes using our Fortified Sauces

Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients: (for 1 300g serve)

  • 120g Bolognese sauce
  • 120g Meatballs
  • 60g Spaghetti
  • 10g Parmesan cheese
  • 3 leaves of Basil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oli
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Heat a splash of oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn brown.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 10 minutes
  3. Add the bolognese sauce to the meatballs and stir it all together. Let the sauce simmer on low heat until the spaghetti is ready.
  4. Divide the spaghetti and the sauce with meatballs on the plates and enjoy this delicious, fortified classic spaghetti bolognese.

No-Nut Satay Chicken

No-Nut Satay Chicken

Ingredients: (for 1 300g serve)

  • 120g No Nut Satay Sauce
  • 120g Chicken Tenderloins
  • 40g Basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp Canola oil
  • 3 leaves of Coriander

Directions:

  1. Heat the Canola oil in the pan and cook the chicken on both sides. Cook rice as per packet instructions
  2. Add the satay sauce and stir all ingredients together. Let the sauce simmer until the rice is cooked
  3. Divide the rice and chicken with the sauce on plates and enjoy this high-protein, fortified No Nut Satay Chicken!
